DMDE can be downloaded from the official website. The latest version is fine.

Open DMDE and accept terms. In the selection menu, pick "License Key".

Select Online activation, paste in a license key, and fill the name with
whatever. (I've just been using garbage.) It'll give a warning about how
the license key won't be allowed again and isn't linked to an account,
but you can ignore it. All the features will be activated, only catch
is that it'll say "Unregistered" in the header since it isn't linked to
an account. I'd give you the keygen but I'm 80% sure it's virused. Still
works though! (Let me know if you need more keys, because I'm pretty
sure each will only work once.)
